Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Cosmetics Safely

Due to the delicate nature of our cosmetics, all beauty products are securely packed in protective wrapping to prevent leakage, breakage, or contamination during transit.


Split Shipments

If your order includes both cosmetics and apparel, items may be shipped separately for optimal handling and delivery speed. You’ll receive tracking for each package, and there are no extra shipping fees for split deliveries.


Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Roshané is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Incorrect delivery addresses

  • Natural disasters or national strikes

  • High-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday)


Shipping Address Errors
